William Howard Miller, 73, Altoona, passed away Saturday evening at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Howard Frederick and Alice Myrtle (Musselman) Miller. He was twice married. He married Connie (Hazlett) Miller. He later married Delores Brenneman on October 25, 1975 in Sinking Valley. In addition to his wife of 46 years, he is survived by two children: Leslie (Miller) Hatch of Duncansville and Alice (Miller) Brumbaugh of Altoona; step-children: Daniel Brenneman of Altoona and William Brenneman of Ashtabula, OH; grandchildren: Heather (Miller) Ritchey (Chad) of Martinsburg, Courtney Myers of Geesetown, Brandon Myers (Deanna) of Lakemont, Steven Brumbaugh (Sara) of Altoona, Brooke Brumbaugh of Altoona, Erin Brumbaugh of Altoona, Scott Brenneman of Ashtabula, OH, Michael Brenneman of Ashtabula, OH, Darian Brenneman, Chloe Brenneman, and Kendol Brenneman; great grandchildren: Talch Ritchey, Myla Ritchey, Kimbella Floyd, Caesan McCreaty, Savanna McCreaty, Sophia Myers, Orion Myers, Madison Brenneman, and Mason Brenneman. He was preceded in death by a step-son, Robert Brenneman and a great grandson, Timmy Myers. William was a master electrician and in 1980, he founded and operated Miller Electric Service and Supply in Altoona where he retired in 2019. He was a loving and giving man. Always generous in helping anyone in need. At church, he was known as Mr. Bill for always having time and candy for children. This man forever will be remembered and loved by his wife, family, and friends. Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 pm on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata where a funeral service will be held at 7 pm with Pastor Brian Sandell officiating. Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
