Susan L. Estright

Susan L. Estright, 69, of Altoona, passed away Sunday morning at Altoona Center for Nursing Care. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Phyllis (Samuels) Albright. She married John R. Estright August 19, 1968 in Altoona. He preceded her in death in 2003. Surviving are her daughters: Kerry Estright-Pruznak and husband Kevin, and Ann Noce and husband Michael; and 2 granddaughters: Ashlyn and Kate Noce. She was preceded in death by her sister Linda and nephew Jason. Susan was a homemaker. She was a 1968 graduate of Altoona High School, and enjoyed reading, watching humming birds, gardening, trips to Cape May, N.J., was a wonderful cook, enjoyed Native American culture, adored her grandchildren, and spending time with her family. Services are private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the UPMC Altoona Foundation.
