Paul H Luke

Paul H. Luke, 80, Altoona, passed away Friday evening at UPMC Altoona. 

He was born in Altoona, son of the late Paul B. and Dora M. (Marlett) Luke.

On November 13, 1965, he married Sheridan A. “Sherry” Myers in Altoona.

In addition to his wife, Sherry; he is survived by three children: Eric H. Luke (Rachel) of San Diego, CA, Wendi Webb (Rich) of North Olmsted, OH and Dallas B. Luke (Christina) in Altoona; seven grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and eight siblings.

Paul retired as truck driver from Gateway Foods in 2004. He was a member of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament. He volunteered for the American Red Cross and was a leader for the Boy Scouts of America, Troop 25 and cub scouts. He also enjoyed camping and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial mass will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, 1 Cathedral Square, Altoona, PA 16601. A celebration of life will be held immediately after mass at the Newburg Fire Co Social Hall, 2805 Washington Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602.
