Kay Park

M. Kay Park left this earth on Monday, January 22, 2024. She was immensely loved by her husband of 30 years William (Bill) Park, Sr., children Marian (William) Goodwin, Angie (Allen) Galloway, Michael (Suzie) Park, Summer (Todd) Proudfit, and Brionne (Dewey) Gioiosa, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, one sister Irene Wyatt of Mississippi, and one brother Eddie Hall of New Mexico. She was greeted in Heaven by many beloved family members and her favorite dogs Old Mike and Dakota.

Kay was born in St. John, Missouri and raised by James and (Mary) Lucille Boller in Houston, Texas, where she graduated High School. During her lifetime, she resided in Missouri, Texas, California, and Pennsylvania.

She married William (Bill) on October 11, 1993. She was employed by Mutzabaughs Market in Duncannon, PA, where she leaves behind family Donnie, Roger, Terry, Keith, and Dale Wright (of Texas) and their families whom she loved immensely.

In her retirement, Kay enjoyed spending time in Texas and traveling with her husband. She loved spending time with all her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed going to the gym, walking, and shopping with her friend and neighbor Mrs. Jan Fox.

At Kay’s insistence, her earthly remains will be scattered by her family at her favorite place in Texas during a private celebration of her life. Please consider donating time or financial contributions to a local charity benefiting those living with terminal illness.
