Judith A. Burket

Judith A. (Parsons) Burket, 82, Hollidaysburg, formerly of Altoona, passed away Tuesday at her residence. She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Charles and Wilma (Griffith) Parsons. On August 10, 1962, she married Harley W. Burket in Geeseytown. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2019. She is survived by a daughter, Linda Arendt (Michael) of Montana; a sister, Irma Campbell of Hollidaysburg; a brother, Greg of Hollidaysburg; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah in 1975 and a son, Kevin in 2020. She was a devoted wife and mother. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Judith’s honor to the Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1835 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602.
