I. Jane Young

I. Jane Young, 93, Altoona, passed away Monday evening at her home. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Henry McNeal and Catherine Leedy McNeal Young. She married Harry Young. He preceded her in death on February 21, 1971. Jane is survived by five children: William Young, Karen Wright, Randi Semko, Terri Young, and Jo Benzel; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Jane was a graduate of Altoona High School and worked at the Pentagon during WWII. She loved her grandchildren and dogs and spending time at home. Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place at Grandview Cemetery, Altoona. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, 16602.
