Harry Emerson Miller, Sr., 64, Altoona, passed away early Friday morning at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Kenneth A. and Ruth M. (Stewart) Miller. On August 10, 2011, he married Carolyn Sue Miller. In addition to his wife, Carolyn, he is survived by a son, Harry E. Miller, Jr.; a daughter, Crystal D. (Ryan Brooks) Miller; all of Altoona; step children: Donald of Texas and Anthony Elder of Pittsburgh; grandchildren: Zachary Moses, Rynia and Nevaeh Brooks, Harrison, Lillian and Dale Miller; a great grandson, Ivan Wesner; step grandchildren: Jordan, Brielle, Carly and Deegan Elder; and siblings: Ruth (Bob) Brubaker, Susan Miller, Dennis (Sue) Miller, all of Altoona, and Michael (Aggie) Miller of Yulee, FL. Harry worked as a sales representative for Dan Sprankle’s Auto Outlet. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed cars, antiques, boating, playing the lottery and cooking. Friends will be received on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata where a funeral service will immediately follow. Entombment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
