Gloria June Wolfe

Gloria J. Wolfe, 83, Altoona, passed away Monday afternoon at her home. She was born in Port Matilda, daughter of the late Sherman John and Nora Mae (Auker) Fink. She married Kenneth Cloyde Wolfe in Port Matilda. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1992. She is survived by a son, Chris Wolfe of Altoona; son-in-law, Andrew Herr of Altoona; five grandchildren: Justin Wolfe, Kristen Hammel, Amy Ronzo, Andy Herr, Jr., and Andrea Herr; four great grandchildren; and four siblings: Bob Fink, Blair Fink, Mona Porta, and Dorothy Laird. She was preceded in death by two daughters: Cynthia Herr and Tracie Wolfe. Gloria graduated from Tyrone High School. She retired as a nurse’s aid from the Blair Christian Home and was a member of the Juniata United Methodist Church. A private family service will be held. Interment will take place at Blair Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc.
