Faye Louise Weaver

Faye Louise Weaver, 75, Altoona, passed away Thursday evening at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Leo and Martha (Erb) Taylor. On August 16, 1978, she married Leo Francis Weaver at the Christ’s Second Lutheran Church in Altoona. He preceded her in death on April 27, 1984. Faye is survived by three daughters: Lori Haas of Altoona, Lisa Houp (Ronald) of Bellwood, and Amy Swalga (Marc) if Altoona; seven grandchildren: Ryan, Harley, Veronica, Victor, Lukas, Aleks, and Isabella; and two great grandchildren: Addilynn and Emma. She was preceded in death by her sisters: Pauline, Doris, and Vilma. Faye retired from Altoona Soft Water as an office manager and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Friends will be received on Sunday, September 8, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9 at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Blair Memorial Park.
