Derek S. Brzozowski

Derek S. Brzozowski, 24, Altoona, went to God on Friday, January 14^th.

He was born in Altoona, son of Anthony J. and Kanokwan (Amy) Brzozowski.

He is survived by his parents: Tony and Amy; a brother, Vatcharamai (Pang) Sudthangtum; grandmothers; Julia (Nazick) Brzozowski; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by grandfathers: Anthony Brzozowski, Jr. and Kasame Homchuen; and great aunts and great uncles.

Derek was a 2019 graduate of Altoona Area High School in the Life Skills Class. He loved everyone! He loved to play baseball with the Miracle League of Blair County; he was a hard hitter. He loved watching Nick TV, hunting, baseball, fishing, playing sports, and he loved eating his mother’s cooking.

Derek wanted to do so many things but his seizures limited his activities. He is now free to spread his wings.

Friends will be received from 5 until the 7 pm funeral service on Monday, January, 24, 2022 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4^th Avenue, Juniata.
