Cynthia Rae Herr

Cynthia Rae Herr, 61, Altoona, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Kenneth Cloyde and Gloria June (Fink) Wolfe. On October 15, 1973, she married Andrew Patrick Herr in Altoona. In addition to her husband of 45 years, she is survived by three children: Amy Jo Ronzo (Vincent) of Altoona, Andrew Patrick Herr, Jr. (Amanda) of Roaring Spring, and Andrea Sue Herr of Altoona; two granddaughters: Taylor Herr (Jordan Miller) and Torie Herr; two grandsons: Markell and Martavius Herr; a great granddaughter, Savannah Miller; a great grandson, Van Miller; a brother, Chris Wolfe (Daina); and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth, and a sister, Tracie Wolfe. Cynthia was a 1972 of Altoona High School. She retired after 19 years from the Altoona Hospital as a dietary clerk. She loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and enjoyed planting flowers. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata, and from 10 until the 11 a.m. Funeral Service on Thursday, August 22, 2019. Pastor Mark Mahan officiating. Interment will be made at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602.
