Carol M. Trexler

Carol M. Trexler, 83, Altoona, went home to be with her Lord and Savior late Thursday evening.

She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Donald K. and Clara Mae (Bell) Hostler. She married Merwyn L. Trexler and he preceded her in death on November 18, 2012.

She is survived by two sons: Terry and wife Lauri of Altoona and Tim and wife Dee of Hollidaysburg; three grandchildren: Tom Trexler and wife Sara, Caryn Davis and husband Jeremy, and Carissa Trexler; two great grandchildren: Toby and Tyson Trexler; a sister, Donna Brown; and a brother, Dennis Hostler.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Ellen Macedonia and a brother, Glenn Hostler.

Carol was a member of Faith Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts and crochet.

Friends will be received on Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 11 until the 1 p.m. Funeral Service at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4^th Avenue, Juniata with Pastor Gary Dull officiating. Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
