Barbara Ann Freidhof

Barbara Ann Freidhof, 61, Portage, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona after an extended illness. 

She was born in Indiana, daughter of the late Eugene “Buckwheat”, Jr. and Leona M. (Ober) Buterbaugh.

On July 16, 1983, she married Daniel J. Freidhof in Portage.

She is survived by her loving husband, Dan; and siblings: Mona Irwin (Ron) of Indiana, Gerald “Buck” Buterbaugh (June) of Dixonville, Diane Benzie (Matt) of Burnside and Mark Buterbaugh of Indiana.

Barbara was a 1981 graduate of Purchase Line High School. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Altoona and she enjoyed scrapbooking and sewing.

Friends will be received from 10 to 11:30 am on Monday, July 22, 2024 at Calvary Baptist Church, 810 Ruskin Drive, Altoona, 16601 where a memorial service will be held at 11:30 am with Pastor Ron Anderson officiating.
