Jean Reale

Jean Wagner Reale, 89, of 331-22nd Avenue, died Tuesday at her home. She was born in Juniata, a daughter of the late Curtis Albert Wagner and Marguerite (Kauffman) Wagner. Surviving are her sister, Marian Shaffer of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and her caregiver, Judy Russ of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Wagner. Jean was a 1937 graduate of Altoona High School. She retired as a cosmetics sales rep for J. C. Penney Co, in 1985. She enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles and tv game shows. At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing. Friends will be received from 1:30pm - 2:30pm Saturday, July 11, 2009, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., where a funeral service will be held at 2:30pm Saturday, with Rev. Joe Fleck, officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Crystal Cathedral, Garden Grove California, 92842.
