Wilma E Dietze

August 14, 1913-----July 26, 2009 Wilma E. Dietze, 95, a loving wife and mother, a faithful church worker, and a kind and generous friend, died Sunday at Valley View Home. Wilma was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Cosmos and Catherine (Bretz) Clendenin. She graduated from Altoona High School in 1931. Wilma worked as a waitress and also for the state in Harrisburg. Later she worked for Penelec where she met Curtis. They were married May 7, 1946. Surviving are two children, Sam of Altoona and Susan of Alexandria, her son-in-law, Jim, and a granddaughter, Brock, in Pittsburgh. Preceding her in death were three brothers, John Donald, Cosmos(Tom), and William. Friends will be received from 2-3pm today, July 28, 2009, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., Juniata.
