Dorothy E Jackson

Dorothy E. (Davis) Jackson, 88, longtime resident of Berea, Ohio, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009. She was born in Bellwood and married the late Paul L. Jackson. She was the mother of the Rev. Patricia Jefferis (Franklin), Nancy Zolondek and Dr. Richard Jackson (Dr. Susan); grandmother of Melanie Bowling, Stephanie Miles, Allen and Amy Zolondek and Hannah and Nathaniel Jackson; great-grandmother of Lauren, Samuel and Jackson Bowling, Jacob and Makenna Miles and Haven Zolondek; and sister of Ruth Smith, Shirley Kessinger and the late Vernon, Lowell, Virginia and Isabelle. Friends will be received from 10:30 to the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata (www.maukandyates.com).
