Lois A. Campbell, 72, Altoona, died Monday afternoon at her residence. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Bernard and Anna (Robinson) Tomlinson. She married Francis Campbell Sept. 15, 1955, and he died Nov. 17, 1993. Surviving are a son, Frank of Altoona; two daughters: Lori Robbins and husband, Larry, of Coupon and Loie Ross and husband, Bill, of Bedford; two grandchildren, Ashley Claycomb and Buddy Ross (Howard IV); three great-grandchildren, Natalie, Owen, and Kristin Claycomb; two sisters, Charlene Hegarty, and Marjorie Johnson; a brother Daniel Tomlinson; and several nieces and nephews. Lois was a homemaker. She loved bingo and collecting wolf statues and pictures. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 7, 2010, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata (www.maukandyates.com), where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2010. Interment will be held at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
