Hazel L. Malady

Hazel L. Malady, 79, of Sykesville, MD, formerly of Altoona, died Monday in Sykesville. She was born in Altoona. Surviving are two daughters, Sharon Feldman, of Sykesville, MD, and Teresa Morella, of Damascus, MD. At the request of Mrs. Malady, there will be no Viewing or Funeral Service. A Committal Service will be held at the Blair Memorial Park Chapel, Monday, August 16, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be made at Blair Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., Juniata.
