John R. Walters

John R. Walters, 67, of Valley View Home died Thursday at the Altoona Regional Health System, Altoona Hospital Campus. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Howard and Leona M. (Taylor) Walters. He married Nancy Christian on Dec. 11, 2002, in Altoona. He is survived by his wife, of Altoona; a daughter, Christina Krampen of Claysburg, and two brothers: Howard "Pete" Walters of Altoona and David T. Walters. He was employed as a machinist at Proctor Silex, retiring after many years of service. A memorial service will be private at the convenience of the family.
