Richard Edward Coley Jr., 68, Altoona, died Wednesday morning at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Richard Edward Sr. and Mary Margaret (Bertram) Coley. He married Anita A. Buechele on June 28, 1969, at St. Leo's Catholic Church. Richard was a devoted husband and was the loving father of four sons: Richard E.
