Susan A Lippert

Susan Ann Lippert, 70, of Bedford, passed away on Sept. 27, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray T. Lippert, on Jan. 30, 2007. She was born Jan. 12, 1942, in Madison County, Ill., the daughter of the late George and Lorena Turner, who preceded her in death in 1983, and a sister, Shirley Prater. She is survived by five children: Cinda Ahrens, Edwardsville, Ill.; James Ahrens and wife, Yolanda, of Norwalk, Calif.; Steven Ahrens and wife, Holly, of Edwardsville, Ill.; Lisa Barton, of Collinsville, Ill.; and Cheryl Ahrens of Springfield, Ill. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Breanna, David, Nicholas and Kevin; several step children and two nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose, Bedford; Eagles Ladies Aux., Harrisonville; and the VFW of Pleasantville. Services are private at the convenience of the family.
