Anna M. Campbell, 93, of Juniata Gap, died Tuesday at Valley View Home and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Edward and Elizabeth (Yost) Keyes. She married Ernest W. Campbell, Sr. on September 26, 1936. He preceded her in death on October 23, 1987. Surviving are three daughters, Shirley A. McLaughlin(James), Nancy J. McTigue(John), Sarah J. Wolfe(Tom), all of Altoona, five grandchildren, John McTigue, Jr, Michael McLaughlin, Julie Lerch, Kristen Tarpey, Brad Campbell, four great grandchildren, Michael McLaughlin, Katharine Ann McLaughlin, Campbell Tarpey, Hayden Tarpey, two step great grandchildren, Erika Scheffer, Holly Scheffer, daughter in law, Mary Campbell, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son Ernest W. Campbell, Jr., two brothers, Carl and Charles Keyes, and one sister, Bertha Turnbaugh. She was a member of Mardorf United Methodist Church and the Kings Daughters Sunday School Class. She volunteered at the Altoona Food Bank and Blair Senior Services and was a poll worker for elections. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Friday, August 30, 2013 at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., where a funeral service will be held at 11am Saturday with Pastor Richard Harter, officiating. Interment at Grandview Cemetery.
