Bonnie Kay Belz

Bonnie Kay Belz, 54, Altoona, passed away Wednesday morning at her home. She is the daughter of Vernon E. (Mike) and the late Hermanie M. (Espigh) Craw. She married Richard C. Belz, November 21, 1981. Bonnie was a 1978 graduate of Altoona High School and worked for the Altoona Area School district as a Teacher's Aide. She is of the protestant faith and loved to walk with friends. She touched many lives while working at the high school pool and she enjoyed spending time with her family. In addition to her husband, Richard Belz and father, Mike Craw, she is survived by son, Adam Belz of Altoona, two sisters; Becky Hamilton of Altoona and Karen Cornell of Everett, a brother; Mike Craw of Altoona, and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 7 pm, Thursday, April 17 at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, 719 N. 4th Avenue, where a funeral service will be held at 7pm Thursday evening. Officiating will be Pastor Tom Kurtz. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery.
