Sherri Ann Knox-Fink

December 12, 1969 — July 6, 2014

Sherri A. Knox-Fink, 44, Mount Pleasant Township, died early Sunday morning due to a fatal automobile accident in Hempfield, Westmoreland County. Formerly of Altoona, she was the daughter of John Knox Sr. and the late Deborah Ann (Wilt) Knox. Surviving are her father of Altoona; two sons: Derek Fink of Altoona and Joseph "JoJo" Greep of Mount Pleasant; two brothers: John Knox Jr. and Travis Knox, both of Altoona; a niece, Kassidy Ann; a nephew, Johnathan Knox; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Sherri was an Altoona Area High School graduate and currently employed as an X-ray technician at Excela Health. She enjoyed bowling and spending time at baseball games with her son. Friends will be received from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Juniata, followed by a memorial service at 7:30 pm., Pastor Josh Tamblyn officiating. Inurnment will be at Logan Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675.
