Chester Raymond Patterson, Jr.

Chester Raymond Patterson, Jr., 58, Altoona, passed away early Sunday at UPMC Altoona. Born in Altoona, he was the son of the late Chester Raymond, Sr. and Martha Esther (Spencer) Patterson. He married Theresa (Musto) Patterson in November 1984. Chester was employed at the Veterans Home in Hollidaysburg and enjoyed dancing. He is survived by four daughters: Jamie Goss of Altoona, Jessica Patterson of Altoona, Michelle Patterson and fiancé Alex Beard of Altoona, and Christine Patterson of Philadelphia; one step-daughter: Elizabeth McHugh-Kahn and husband Christopher of Haddon Township, NJ; four grandchildren: Cameron Sicola, Angelique Goss, and Briley and Izayah Beard; one sister: Paulette Plowman; niece and nephew: Renee and Richard Plowman; and one half-brother: Michael Patterson. Family and friends will be received, Thursday, October 30, from 10 until the 11 AM memorial service at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata. Reverend Elizabeth Hess officiating.
