Jane C. Lingenfelter, 96, Altoona, passed away Sunday afternoon at the Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg. Born in Altoona, daughter of the late Leroy and Margaret (Stull) Craw. She married Bruce H. Lingenfelter in Cumberland, MD, who preceded her in death on June 9, 1964. Surviving are two daughters: Marjorie Lynn Lewis and Patricia Lee Dorfmeister and husband Joe, all of Altoona; one son: Bruce A. and wife Judy, of State College; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and one brother: Vernon E. Craw. She was preceded in death by two sisters: Charlotte Reid and Carmen Moran; and one brother: Steve Craw. Jane was a 1936 graduate of Altoona Area High School, a member of Bethany Lutheran Church where she served on the altar guild, and retired after 30 years of service as an office manager for Park Transfer and Storage, North America. She was a past member of Delphi Chapter 65 - Order of Eastern Star and a Member of Friends of the PA Military Museum. She was an avid pinochle player and an enthusiastic Penn State Football and Steelers fan. Family and friends will be received from noon until the 2 PM funeral service, Saturday, February 7, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Juniata, with Pastor Barry Fulmar officiating. Interment at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg, 220 Newry Street, Hollidaysburg or the Bethany Lutheran Church, 200 3rd Avenue, Altoona.
