Judith L. Lehman

Judith L. Lehman, 70, Altoona, passed away Tuesday evening at UPMC Altoona. Born in Altoona, daughter of the late Paul S. and Gladys A. (Bowers) Pfahler. She married Myron "Mike" Lehman November 23, 1963 at the 2nd Avenue United Methodist Church, Altoona, who preceded her in death on March 9, 2009. Surviving are three daughters: Diane Campbell and husband Hal, of Camarillo, CA, Michelle Thompson and husband Dave, of Juniata; and Laura Smithbower, of Cresson; one son: Michael Lehman and wife Jennifer, of Orkney Springs, VA; five grandchildren: David and Emily Thompson, Hunter and Paige Smithbower, and Alexander Lehman; and brother: Paul Pfahler, of Greenwood. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Carole Rice, Donna Pfahler, and Mary "Molly" Saunders. Judith was a 1963 graduate of Altoona High School and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Family and friends will be received Thursday, February 12, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata, and Friday, February 13, from 10 until the 11 AM funeral service with Pastor Eli Hess officiating. Interment at Logan Valley Cemetery.
