Robin Oeffinger, 57, Baltimore, MD, passed away late Thursday evening at her home. She was born in Philadelphia, a daughter of the late Peter F. and Katie (Wilson) Schok. She married David B. Oeffinger, November 8, 1985, in Towson, MD. Robin is survived by her husband, David; two brother-in-laws: Thomas Oeffinger and wife Linda, of Mohnton, PA and John Oeffinger and wife Tina, of Altoona, PA; one sister-in-law: Cheryl Adkinson of West Grove, PA; and nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Robin was a graduate from Olney High School, Philadelphia. She worked as a pharmacy technician, did medical billing, and was a medical office manager prior to being disabled and transitioning to a housewife. She achieved national rankings raising Holland Lop and English Angora show rabbits in her earlier days. Rabbits were a dominant feature in her art and craft work throughout her life. She was a published poet, enjoyed wildlife, and supporting sanctuaries. She especially enjoyed watching a wide variety of birds visiting the backyard feeder on a good snowy day. Friends will be received Tuesday, March 24 from 10 until the 11 AM funeral service at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata. Interment at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
