Donald E. Kelley, 84, Altoona, passed away late Friday morning at Golden Living-Hillview. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Lester C. and Pearl (Nail) Kelley. He married Sandy Fluke, February 16, 1974 in Altoona. She preceded him in death May 28, 2015. Don is survived by four children: Donald J., of Altoona, Cynthia L., of Alabama, Melissa A. Diminick, of Hollidaysburg, and Brian P. and wife Tracy, of Altoona; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three siblings: Janet Gority, Phyllis Freas, and Charles Kelley. Don was an Altoona High School graduate and received a diploma from ICS in drafting. He retired from Penn Jacobsen as an assistant maintenance foreman. He served during the Korean Era in the Naval Reserve. He was a former member of the Jaffa Shrine, Jaffa Drum and Bugle Corps., and the Mountain Lodge. He enjoyed his dog, Lady, traveling. Friends will be received, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 from 4 until the 6 PM funeral service at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata. Interment at Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
