Nicolina “Nicki” Donna (Disabato) Shoenfelt, 67, passed away early Wednesday morning at her home.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Daniel and Helen (Vallei) Disabato. She married Dennis Paul Shoenfelt on November 21, 1970.
In addition to her husband of 45 years, she is survived by two daughters: Wendy Faust and husband Brent and Renee Ardrey and husband Jamie; three granddaughters: Kylie Faust and Madelyn and Morgan Ardrey; grandson, Cameron Faust; sister, Mary Riley, all of Altoona; her beloved cat, Max; and many nieces and nephews.
Nicki was a 1966 graduate of Bishop Guilfoyle High School and she retired from Mercy Hospital as a switchboard operator.
She is of the catholic faith and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Friends will be received, Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Juniata, where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, February 29, 2016 with Pastor Mary Emery officiating. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
