Larry J. McCaulley, 64, Altoona, passed away Thursday afternoon at his home.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late Francis and Martha (Rabold) McCaulley. He married Nancy Smithmyer on June 6, 1970.
In addition to his wife, Nancy, he is survived by a daughter, Michelle (Jerry) Mayes, of Fallentimber, a granddaughter, Annette Gingerich, two step-granddaughters, Stephanie and Nicole, a sister, Sandy (Ray) Montgomery, and two brothers, Tim (Marsha) McCaulley and Jerry (Terre) McCaulley.
Larry was president of American Roofing, Inc.
A private memorial service will be held.
