Lucien R. Dengate, Jr., “Beanie”, 56, Altoona, passed away Tuesday afternoon at his home.
He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Lucien R., Sr. and Joan Kay (Goldstein) Dengate.
He is survived by girlfriend, Pamela Barbin of Altoona; four siblings: Dawn Helsley of Altoona, Ron Dengate of Tyrone, Dave Dengate of Port Matilda, and Wendy Wilson of Hollidaysburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lucien was a 1978 graduate of Altoona High School. He enjoyed hunting and working on cars, especially model cars. He was a motorcycles enthusiast and enjoyed attending rallies.
Friends will be received Friday, October 7, 2016 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Altoona, where a funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Pastor Elizabeth Hess officiating.
