Mollie Madaline McGraw Emory, 88, Pittsburgh, passed away Wednesday morning at UPMC Passavant, Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born in Braddock, PA, a daughter to the late Clyde and Helen Hutchison. She married Charles Valentine Emory on September 22, 1951 in Bellwood, PA. He preceded her in death on November 1, 2011.
Mollie is survived by three sons: Mark John Emory and wife Lori of Pittsburgh, PA, Matthew Jay Emory and wife Cathy of Troutman, NC, and Martin Jeffry Emory and wife Marcie of Pittsburgh, PA and seven grandchildren: Mark James Emory, Jessica Lynn Emory, Michael Valentine Emory, and Charles Lee Emory, all of Pittsburgh, PA, James Edward Emory of Katy, TX, Brian Valentine Emory and wife Crystal of Hamptonville, NC, and Julie Elizabeth Emory of Lenoir, NC.
Mollie graduated from business school and worked as a bookkeeper.

She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church of Highland, where she served as an Altar Guild. She enjoyed church and playing bridge and most importantly spending time with her kids, grandkids, and friends.
A funeral service will be held, Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 N 4th Avenue, Altoona. Interment will be at Grandview Cemetery, Altoona.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church of Highland, 311 Cumberland Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
