He was born on November 25, 1968, in Richmond, VA and is survived by five brothers and sisters, Teri Qualls in Missouri, Bruce Miller in Florida, Laura Montgomery of Richmond, VA, Jennifer Tigert of Montpelier, VA and Scott Miller of Jacksonville, FL.
