Michael Kilmer, 77, Altoona, died Saturday at his home. he was born in Jamestown, NY, son of the late LeRoy and Doris (Cole) Kilmer.
He married Judith Clinich , who preceded him in death in 1998.
After high school, Michael immediately entered the United States Navy, serving for four years. He completed his service and was married, settling in Altoona where he began working at Mellon Bank, ultimately serving as a branch manager of the bank. He is survived by his daughter Amy Adams of Altoona, his son David Kilmer of Rochester, NY, his daughter in law JoAnn Welsh of Rochester, his daughter in law Dianne Kilmer of Altoona, and his granddaughters Emma and Alex Hale and Sarah Kilmer of Rochester, NY.
Services for Michael are private at the convenience of the family.
