Chester L. Calderwood

Chester L. “Bud” Calderwood, 75, Altoona, passed away Monday evening at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
He was born in Bellwood, a son of the late James Calvin and Georgeanna (Bryan) Calderwood. He married Virginia Palmer in November of 1985 in Altoona.
He addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Crystalee Calderwood of Pittsburgh; and a sister, Anna Kay Yohn and husband Willis of Altoona.
Bud retired from the Hollidaysburg School District from the Maintenance Department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening.
At the request of the deceased, no public services were held.
