Ronalda J. Stuby, 86, Altoona, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late David and Alice (Farber) Vipond. She married Harry Stuby in 1972; he preceded her in death in 1995.
She is survived by a son, Samuel E. Miller (Lee Ann); a daughter, Linda S. Bishop (Gary), her son Richard A. Miller (Donna Rae), her stepchildren Joseph P. Stuby (Jenny), Jeffery P. Stuby (Rose) and Margaret Oshea (Jerry); 12 grandchildren, 7 step grandchildren, as well as numerous great grandchildren, step great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and Ralph Hoffman, a special friend of 23 years. She is also survived by a brother, Harry Vipond and a sister, Betty Lou Fleck (Kenneth).
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra Lee Rinker in 2009 and a brother, David Vipond.
Ronalda was a 1952 graduate of Altoona High School. She retired as a Nurses Aide from Valley View Home after many years. She attended Holy Rosary Catholic Church and previously Greenwood United Methodist Church. She enjoyed going to her camper at Glendale Year-round.
Friends will be received from 3 until 6 PM Thursday, March 7, at Mauk & Yates Funeral Home, Inc., where a funeral service will be held at 6 PM. Inurnment at Blair Memorial Park.
